Service Description

​I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have chosen this profession because I am passionate about how redirecting energy in unhelpful thoughts and emotions can be accomplished. I provide a different lens in a warm, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where the client feels comfortable in processing their presenting issues. The space offered is designed to help the client leave the session feeling a greater sense of resilience, confidence, and balance. My therapeutic approach is Person-Centered intended to meet you where you are. I am a trained EMDR Clinician with additional training in other modalities to compliment my methods. I find the most joy in working with clients who have experienced trauma, grief, or loss. As I am a person of significant life experiences, I find honor in holding space with someone who is going through their own presenting issues.
